Passengers and ID

A passenger list must be submitted to Meregrass, Inc. as soon as possible but no less than 24 hour prior to departure. The passenger list must include names exactly as they appear on government issued identification. Meregrass allows only pre-approved passengers in your group to board the plane. All passengers are required to present a valid government issued photo identification (if age 18 years or older) before boarding the aircraft. Travel outside the United States requires a valid passport and visa, if required, for all passengers. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the flight.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Meregrass, Inc. strives to offer clients the greatest degree of flexibility in scheduling flights and we understand that plans can change quickly. We request that you contact us 24 hours in advance to schedule a flight whenever possible. We will do our best to accommodate you on shorter notice.

Cancellation

SAAB 2000 Cancellation: If a domestic round trip is cancelled upon signature of this contract, and prior to 48 hours before departure, any cancellation of services up to, and including, the entire charter will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the quoted total price of that service. If a domestic round trip is cancelled under 48 hours prior to departure, any cancellation fee services up to, and including, the entire charter will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted total price of that service. FALCON 900B Cancellation: If a domestic round trip is cancelled between 24-48 hours prior to departure, a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) flight hour plus any non-refundable costs incurred by Meregrass, Inc. will be charged. If a domestic round trip is cancelled 24 hours or less prior to departure, a cancellation fee equivalent to two (2) hours of flight time plus any non-refundable costs incurred by Meregrass, Inc. will be charged. All international trips cancelled less than 48 hours prior to departure, a cancellation fee equivalent to four (4) hours of flight time plus any non-refundable costs incurred by Meregrass, Inc. will be charged. All one-way trips are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Passengers should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Parking and Baggage Handling

Secure parking is available to all clients. You may request aircraft-side loading where you drive your car to the aircraft. Our crew will handle all baggage loading from your car. Some security policies do not allow cars inside the secured perimeter in which case you will find parking as specified by the fixed base operator and baggage handling according to local procedures.
